We're living in an age where consumers and tech companies will have to start taking a hard look at ownership rights of digital content. As physical media continues its slow march to obscurity, will the concept of selling and buying second-hand goods die out, too? Apple is apparently thinking about the subject, going so far as to file a patent (via Mashable) covering the redistribution or value of used content.
